Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai

The hotel is beautiful and close to the airport, the swimming pool is spacious and clean and there is a fountain in the middle of the pool which gives enjoyment while swimming, there is also food and drink service at the pool, the pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens, the room is beautiful and the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious, the hotel staff are friendly whether at the reception or at the pool or room service, check in and check out procedures are easy, there is a free transportation service to and from the airport and City Center mall, the breakfast is excellent but not varied every day the food is the same, thank you Millennium Airport Hotel

My family and I spent 6 nights in this hotel. Everything was great: great room, great staff and great cleaning. I want to thank the wonderful team at the reception, who immediately solved our minor problems. Great job! I want to thank the cleaner named Amnul (I might have mixed up the name a little, sorry) for the perfect cleaning of the room and for the animal figures made of towels. My child was happy! This was our second stay in this hotel and we liked almost everything.

Have been staying here for many years on Dubai stopovers. Always appreciate the warmth, friendliness and efficiency of the front desk staff, and of the staff who do an expert job looking after the room, and genuinely want to provide the best service. The location so close to the airport is ideal as is the fact that Dubai Metro stop is just a five minute walk away.

Breakfast Excellent; Room: Hanzala was an exceptional professional cleaner and very sweet. He really was always appropriate and we always looked forward to a well cleaned and welcoming room. He was also very respectful and always had a smile and promoted the hotel. Joan at the reception area was also the best making us very comfortable and attending to our needs with emphasis on the hotels regulations. Overall, staff helped with answers to questions we had. Proximity to airport was the best and the convenience of taxi to places was good. Housekeeping responded immediately to a complaint.

Hotel (that is more like a resort) is located close to the Dubai airport, which is served by hotel's free shuttle bus, that goes back and forth every 40 minutes - this is very convenient for those who need to be in close proximity to the airport. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and good size rooms that are clean and well equipped. The breakfast was great, albeit a bit pricey. The staff are very helpful and eager to please. We've asked to stay in our room beyond checkout time and they were able to grant us 2 hrs without an issue. After checkout we could continue to use the pool, take a shower, and eventually, hop on a shuttle to the airport for a late departure. Recommended.
