During my recent visit to Dubai, I stayed at the Millennium Airport Hotel, and I must say, my overall experience—from accommodation to transportation—was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally cooperative, humble, and always willing to assist, which made my stay all the more pleasant and hassle-free. In addition, I had the pleasure of utilizing the transportation services managed by Shahroz Mubashar, who truly went above and beyond in every aspect. From the moment I arrived, Shahroz demonstrated outstanding professionalism. What truly distinguished Shahroz was his dedication and flexibility. He remained available throughout the day and was incredibly accommodating, even with last-minute changes to my meeting schedule. His ability to adapt without compromising on service quality or punctuality was remarkable. I highly recommend to speak with Shahroz for any premium and reliable transportation in Dubai.

I arrived just after 10 a.m., and I was able to check in immediately, which was great after an overnight flight. My room was upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. Facilities are great, with a number of options for food and drink. I loved Biggles Pub, which has great staff and service. Breakfast had plenty of options from the buffet and cooked eggs to order. The pool area is quite big, with plenty of space for relaxing, plus a pool bar. Lighting at night was brilliant. Hotel areas were spotless, and Housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room.

The hotel is beautiful and close to the airport, the swimming pool is spacious and clean and there is a fountain in the middle of the pool which gives enjoyment while swimming, there is also food and drink service at the pool, the pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens, the room is beautiful and the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious, the hotel staff are friendly whether at the reception or at the pool or room service, check in and check out procedures are easy, there is a free transportation service to and from the airport and City Center mall, the breakfast is excellent but not varied every day the food is the same, thank you Millennium Airport Hotel

He was also very respectful and always had a smile and promoted the hotel. Joan at the reception area was also the best making us very comfortable and attending to our needs with emphasis on the hotels regulations. Overall, staff helped with answers to questions we had. Proximity to airport was the best and the convenience of taxi to places was good. Housekeeping responded immediately to a complaint.

The location was very close to the airport and with the excellent free airport shuttle this will definitely be our choice of hotel for a short stopover on our travels.
